Usage of Help Desk Software-as-a-Service offered by Scopedesk is subject to the following Terms of Service.

  1. Any company or person creating an account on the Scopedesk website and/or subscribing to this service fully agrees to abide by these Terms of Service.
  2. We provide our services “AS-IS”, in that we expressly disclaim all warranties or conditions of any kind for the services we provide, including both expressed as well as implied ones. Although we will make every effort to keep our service up and running, it may be unavailable at times. We do not warrant or ensure the continuous availability of our services. In no case will Scopedesk be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss to any company.
  3. Scopedesk is fully committed to maintaining the privacy of all our customers. This means that we will not distribute, sell, or rent your name or e-mail address or any other personal information about you to any third party. You will receive timely information from us in the form of the newsletter, electronic offers, and product information releases that you may decide to unsubscribe from at any time via response to one of our communications. Members’ profile information (e.g. name, title, address, items purchased) may be used to create personalized content, offers, services, and advertising to be used only by Scopedesk.
  4. To set up your account properly you may need to enter some personal information, such as names or email addresses. In no case will we disclose this information to third parties unless forced to do so by law.
  5. You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the service’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account.
  6. No part of the Scopedesk can be reproduced, stored or transmitted in any form without the prior written permission of Scopedesk. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell any portion of the service or access to the service, outside of your subscription.
  7. Help Desk Software can significantly increase clients trust and credibility of any website using it. Scopedesk reserves the right to refuse to provide or continue providing the service to any company or person who may be using it in an unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable manner, at a sole discretion of Scopedesk.
  8. Scopedesk do not allow service to adult-oriented web sites, nor do we condone the service to web sites that contain publication of any materials that may be in violation of local ordinances or international laws. This includes but is not limited to pirated websites commonly known as ‘warez’, pornography or other obscene material, firearms and other weapons, racist or other menacing material, material which breaches a third parties intellectual property rights including copyright or other trade secrets, SPAM email, including bulk email software and lists of email addresses, except where all of the addressees have given their permission, and other illegal activities.
  9. Scopedesk offers help desk software services only, and shall not be deemed responsible for any unlawful, harmful, or otherwise questionable use of the service by its customers.
  10. We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. The most recent version of these Terms of Service is always available at the Scopedesk website.
